Catch The Memories

1.)   How does the process works?   Catch the memories uses a patented thermal process that allows us to permanently adhere photos to specially coated balls, ornaments, and hockey pucks.

2.)   How long will the photo product last?  If proper care is taken the products should last indefinitely.  Most items are to be used for display only.

3.)   What kind of photos can I send?   We recommend that you send a digital image or mail a printed image 4x6 or larger.  The photo should be a focused close-up shot; smaller images in a distance tend not to print well.

4.)   If I send a printed photo will I get it back?  Yes, all photos will be returned with your order unharmed.

5.)   Will the process damage/ hurt my printed photograph?  No, the printed photos are digitally scanned for use in the process.

6.)   How long will it take to get my product?  Normal turnaround is about 4-5 days; customized work could take up to 7 days.

8.)   Will Catch the Memories come out to our event or games?  We are available for on-site events, please contact us to schedule a day to come out.

9.)   How do I order my personalized sports photo ball?  Just fill out the necessary information on the contact page and we will contact you back with the information.
